key words:(commas, no spaces)
2)send your check or money order for $5.00 made out to Jerry W Lee Jr
please if you can please put for website addition in the memo
3)Send to:

4)Once We get your check and index card and your check/money order is cashed we will add your site to the C.O.L
search engine and we will send you a confirmation email and than you can check it out and make sure that is actually there.
